PRPS continue classes via Google Classroom

On Tuesday, 12 May Piet Retief Primary School shared a video message on Youtube to parents and learners from the Principal, Mr Bakker and School Governing Body Chairman, Mr Fivas, regarding the school’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the lockdown and the school’s operational plans during this time.Google Classroom

The school will be continuing with classes, keeping the learners safe at home, through video and sound on Google Classroom. For learners without the necessary technology, hard copies will be provided.

The school does not want to lower the high standard of the quality of education that the children deserve. Parents are urged to be involved and to continue paying school fees in order to make this project a success.

The school’s aim is for the classes to start on Monday, 25 May, parents should regularly check the Whatsapp groups of the school for the latest information.
