It was a hot and humid day but, thanks to all the waterpoints along the way, runners were well hydrated and supported. Thanks to all the businesses who manned a station on the day. In first place was Charka, second was the Mkhondo SAPS and in third place TWK.

A special thank you to TWK for sponsoring the medals, water bottles, marshall shirts, the finisher arch and gazebos.

All-in-all it was a successful event and the Assegaai Marathon Club members look forward to an even bigger turnout next year.
