Piet Retief Primary School’s cross-country athletes excelled at two meetings held in Ermelo and Standerton.

On Saturday, 28 July, Piet Retief Primary School’s athletes travelled to Ermelo for a crosscountry meeting at JJ van der Merwe.

The event hosted twelve schools and Piet Retief Primary was awarded with an overall fourth place – well done! On Saturday, 4 August, the cross country athletes visited Kallie de Haas Primary School in Standerton for a friendly meeting and of the 45 athletes who attended, 28 of them achieved a place in the top 10 – congratulations!
