Sunday School children visit Mkhondo FM

Sunday School children visit Mkhondo FM. As part of the month long celebration for Mandela Month, the Beauty Grootboom Foundation is arranging various outreaches to commemorate Nelson Mandela’s life.

Sunday School children visit Mkhondo FM. On Sunday, 8 July, Beauty took a handful of toddlers from the Sizolwethu area for a visit to the local radio station. The little ones spoke over the radio about their faith and it was a joyous occasion for all. Whilst at the station, Beauty saw a man, who everyone calls “Masipala Enge namnyango” and he was celebrating his 70th birthday on that day.

She decided to take him to Wimpy Piet Retief for a proper celebration. Thank you to Wimpy Piet Retief for providing the children with a delicious lunch as well as for sponsoring the food for the birthday celebration. Your continuous support towards the BG Foundation is much appreciated.
