Uzwelo’s Christmas wishes

“Let them give thanks to the Lord for His unfailing love and His wonderful deeds for mankind, for He satisfies the thirsty and fills the hungry with good things”. Psalm 107:8-9

Uzwelo’s Christmas wishes – The management, staff members and the children from Uzwelo Child and Youth Care Centre and UROC (Uzwelo Rural Orphan Care) would like to express their gratitude towards the whole community of Mkhondo for their help, generous donations and unconditional support and love throughout 2017.

All the glory to God! For about three months, Uzwelo did not receive any subsidy from the government and the Mkhondo community really came together to help the children’s home. Donations flooded in and there were no shortages whatsoever. Without the help of these good Samaritans, it would surely have been a huge struggle.

The organisation is looking forward to a successful 2018 with the help of the community and wishes that everyone will join hands again to give the less fortunate children a brighter future. Uzwelo would like to wish everyone a safe and joyful Festive Season and a prosperous 2018! “Remember this Christmas season, material things cannot satisfy.

They are but temporary, they disappear and die. But the love of our Saviour, a gift that lives eternally, He is that brightest star, which shines upon the Christmas tree.” Mary E. Carpio
