Mall@Mfula Rapidly Progressing

We have all noticed the building progress on the Mall@Mfula and the fast rate at which it is going, but we are not sure what to expect and what to look foward to…

Hulle beplan ‘n openingseremonie met kunstenaars wat gaan optree deur die loop van die dag. According to Anaprop Property Management, we can start looking forward to a number of new shops opening as well as some existing retail shops relocating to the mall.

Mall@Mfula Rapidly Progressing

Great excitement for our litte town, but it actually leaves one with a huge question…will we be sitting with an empty CB, leaving a ghost town, once some of the already existing shops move to Mall@Mfula? What will happen to the shops (vacated by e.g. Sterns, Woolworths, Mr Price etc.) if they all move to the mall? Or will they be opening yet another branch instead of moving the existing ones?

Does this leave us with room for improvement or will “China City” be taking over the rest of town? We are waiting for feedback regarding these questions and will inform the public once we get the answers.
