Amazing Compassion for the Sick

Amazing Compassion for the Sick – Beauty Grootboom has done it again! Her amazing compassion and energy has portrayed a remarkable beginning for many.

Beauty has uplifted many underprivileged members of her community in Driefontein. Her outstanding work has resulted in producing happy faces and hearts. Her aim in her community is to uplift and instill change for the less fortunate. She starts up projects to enrich her community. Her recent project was to feed the sick patients of New Stand Clinic in Driefontein. The patients leave their homes early in the morning and can’t afford to prepare a decent meal due to their health or their financial circumstances.

They visit the clinic for their monthly dose of medication. Beauty has identified the need of these patients and approached the community for assistance. She was overwhelmed with their support of donations and assistance. She was able to feed the needy once again with a decent meal. Happy faces and full tummies made a huge difference as the atmosphere was filled with laughter. Beauty handed out medals and certificates to show her appreciation to the volunteers that assisted with preparing the nutritional food. Looking into thankful eyes is the best reward for any ‘giving hand’. Beauty has shown us that just a little can go a long way… and her small efforts has made a huge difference for many.

Beauty would like to thank the Mayor, the Honourable Mr B.H. Mtshali, Councillor Philisiwe Langa and the Municipal manager, Mr M. Mabuza, for gracing them with their presence at the initiative. She would like to thank her supporters for all their donations. Her project to fulfill hope in others was once again a success. Beauty would like to thank Satars Butchery, Stucky Motors, Raveens Motor Spares, Husqvarna, Boxer, Pick n Pay, Torga Optical, Sabrina Nel, FNB Volunteers and Mkhondo FM.
